Quest International University Perak (QIUP) recently welcomed its 9th batch of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) undergraduates.
The highly sought after MBBS programme received overwhelming response from local and international students which saw the MBBS Screening Committee left with the task of choosing only the best for its programme.
Over 75% of the applicants surpassed the minimum entry requirement of a CGPA of 3.0 in the Foundation in Science or related programme as set by Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Mr. Nicholas Goh, Chief Operating Officer assured parents and students that the University is not resting on its laurels after its pioneer batch of MBBS students graduated with high colours in 2017 but continues pushing the limits to ensure its curriculum is constantly evolving to meet international standards.
During his briefing, Mr. Nicholas thanked the parents for the trust placed on the University and assured parents that they had made the right choice and that the University will do its very best to ensure their children graduate as caring doctors who will be an asset to society.
