What’s better than being top of the world once? Doing it twice!
ACCA student Lee Ming Jing has achieved another outstanding milestone on the global stage, securing her second Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Top World Prize in the September 2026 examination session.
Ming Jing earned the highest worldwide score of 97 marks in Financial Management, demonstrating exceptional mastery of the subject in a challenging examination that recorded a worldwide average pass rate of just 47%.
The achievement marks another significant success for Ming Jing, who earlier this year earned her first ACCA Top World Prize in the March 2026 examination session, scoring an impressive 99 marks in Financial Reporting.
Her latest accomplishment highlights not only her academic excellence but also her consistency in performing at the highest level across two distinct areas of professional accountancy.
Financial Management requires students to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial decision-making, investment appraisal, business financing and risk management. Achieving the highest score worldwide in the paper is a testament to Ming Jing’s command of these concepts and her ability to apply them under examination conditions.
Her back-to-back global recognition also reflects the dedication and discipline required to excel in the rigorous ACCA qualification, which prepares aspiring finance and accountancy professionals for careers across a wide range of industries.
Ming Jing’s latest success adds to QIU’s growing record of student achievements and reinforces the university’s commitment to nurturing graduates equipped with the knowledge and skills to compete internationally.
With two ACCA Top World Prizes secured in a single year, Ming Jing has set an inspiring example of academic perseverance and excellence, demonstrating what can be achieved through sustained effort and a commitment to learning.
