Quest International University Perak (QIU) is proud to have been officially awarded the ACCA Silver Learning Partner Status by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a testament to the university’s commitment in providing the highest standards possible in accountancy education.
The prestigious award recognizes that QIU provides high quality ACCA tuition, supporting learners throughout their studies. In order to receive this status the university had to prove they met the association’s performance targets, representing global best practice in the provision of ACCA course tuition and support.
Becoming an ACCA Silver Learning Partner means that QIU is recognised as a tuition provider that can contribute to accountancy education. The university’s goal is to help students gain the necessary knowledge and skills they need to access a wide range of career opportunities within this field.
QIU and ACCA have always had a good working relationship. Through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoA) in 2017, QIU Accounting students enjoy a 9 paper exemption from the ACCA professional qualification which facilitates access to ACCA professional qualifications before they graduate.
In September this year, QIU inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ACCA for the ACCA INternary 3U1i Programme which allows accounting students to qualify as an ACCA member within only two years of graduation.
QIU is the first private university in Malaysia’s northern region to offer students the ACCA INternary programme.
QIU has undergone rigorous assessment to ensure that its Accounting programme ranks among the best. The recognition constantly given by ACCA, who sets even higher standards when offering an institution to join its various programmes, is indeed a testament of QIU’s quality.
