The Shape of Things to Come – QIUP signs MoU with PUC

Chief Operating Officer, Mr Nicholas Goh led the QIUP delegation to Cambodia on a special working visit to Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC) in Phnom Penh  from 6th to 9th January 2016.   The delegation comprised of the Director of Business Development at QI Group, Mr Krishna Kumar and Dean, Faculty of Business, Management & Social Sciences, Professor Dr. Charles Y.J. Cheah.

QIUP delegation had a packed and fruitful 2-Days visit to PUC City Campus which included several sessions of networking, meeting engagements and the official signing and exchanging of MoU’s documents. Dr Kol Pheng, President of Pannasastra University signed the MoU on behalf of PUC and was attended by the university representatives including Dr Ribaun Korm, Dean, Institue of Foreign Languages; Professor Kassie Neou, Vice President for the Institute of Foreign Languages; Dr Pak Thavin, Senior Vice President for Education Excellence; Mr Long Kimheng, Director of International Studies Program and Business Development; Mr Justin Dara Op, Vice President for Operations and Mr Salah Esa, Advisor to Senior Minister His Excellency Ly Truch.

Matters on internationalisation activities, greater collaboration between both Universities in the near future and potential collaborative twinning programmes as well as international student recruitment were discussed. We congratulate the QIUP delegation for their initiative and success in establishing new international tie-ups with PUC with an official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding Documents (MoU) and mutual exchanging of the documents between both Universities representatives; Mr Nicholas Goh, Chief Operating Officer of Quest International University Perak (QIUP) and Dr Kol Pheng, President of Pannasastra University of Cambodia. The momentous event was successfully hosted 8th January 2016.
