Quest International University Perak (QIUP) sent a contingent of 73 students from the Hospitality and Tourism programme for the 4th IPOH International Waiters Race 2016, organized by the Malaysian Association of Hotel (MAH), which was held at Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh.
This race is held annually and is registered with the International Waiters Race Agency and was participated by both locals and from the neighboring countries as well.
QIUP students took part in the Classic Tray category and the Sportive Tray category, both male and female. Despite not claiming victory in placing the best time, the students showed very good sportsmanship throughout the run.
We are proud of the participants of our students and hope for more participation and sportsmanship in races to come.
