When you’re interested in a niche subject matter, it can be tough to find the information you need.
Early Childhood Education (ECE) student Jerrica Fatima Ann faced this problem when she was looking for information related to her field of study. But instead of sitting back and giving up, she got up and did something about it.
Jerrica set up Image of a Child, a website that curates and aggregates quality early childhood education resources including articles, journals and videos. It has become a vehicle for Asian early childhood educators to discuss ECE issues from a local perspective.
The curator of this website spoke to e-Q on the beginnings of her project, and where she sees it going in the next 10 years.
