QIUP’s Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) (Hospitality and Tourism) undergraduates recently had the opportunity the learn about the dynamics of the fast food industry when they attended a kitchen training at Domino’s Pizza.
The training, conducted by Mr Morgan, Operation Manager of Domino’s Pizza (Northern Region), gave the undergraduates an insight of the operations of the kitchen of fast food industry. The session consisted of a briefing session followed by hands-on training.
This is part of QIUP’s commitment to ensure the undergraduates are truly job-ready when they graduate and easily assimilate into the hospitality and tourism industry.
