We were honoured to welcome the QI Group’s co-founder Joseph Bismark to the campus, where he signed the MoU with QIU Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Goh.


QIU computer science student and teammates clinched the university student category by wowing judges with their innovative civic engagement app called MyUndang.


All told, our team won three gold awards, four silvers, three bronzes, and three special awards. This tally means we’ve won 81 awards in only four years of taking part!


QIU Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) student, Chung Yau Kit, won laurels for the university by securing a podium finish at the 2022 edition of the prestigious IEEE Malaysia Section FYP Competition.


Once again,QIU’s academics were challenged to stand out among over 400 inventors from the region’s top universities. Once again, they shone.


Our pride and joy, QIU contestants clinch four more awards at latest MTE competition.


Students from 6 faculties received their scrolls across 4 sessions.


Our students also took home two second-place awards and three third-place prizes—which brings the winning total to 11!


This takes our overall MTE tally to a stunning 64 awards—in only three years of competing.
