With more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and having the experience of turning around the business in Sibelco Malaysia, Mr Nathan was the right person to deliver a talk on “Managing Behaviour for Performance”.  His vivid storytelling as well as his persuasive arguments for positive reinforcement captivated the audience’s attention and also demonstrated the practical possibilities of managing people along the tenets of Positive Psychology.
