It was apt that the talk titled “Transforming Human Capital Functions” was given by Mr. Rosden Hj Rahmat, a veteran in human resource. His current leadership role at UMW Toyota and the successes he has had warrants telling. QIU Students and staff had the privilege to hear about his vision for responding to the changing role of human resource, including several creative ways with which he engages with ‘human capital’ within UMW Toyota.
