Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behaviour. It explores how people think, feel, develop, and interact with others throughout life. The field examines biological, cognitive, emotional, and social processes that shape human experience, including brain function, development, perception, personality, relationships, and mental health. By combining research with real-world application, psychology helps students understand complex human issues, support wellbeing, and contribute to fields such as healthcare, education, business, and community development.
