Dr. Lim Chong Hee
Dr. Lim Chong Hee, a well-known and highly respected cardiothoracic surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospitals, Singapore, obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1990. He gained fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1994 and underwent specialised training on cardiothoracic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA, from 1999 to 2001.
Dr. Lim actively contributes to the medical community in various Singaporean medical establishments such as the National Heart Centre, College of Surgeons, Singapore Thoracic Society and the Academy of Medicine. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lim is serving as an adjunct associate professor at the Duke-NUS Medical School, where he continues to impact medical education through lectures and workshops.

Mr. Xing RongQin
Mr. Xing RongQin serves as the General Manager of Anhui Zhongke Artificial Intelligence Technology in Neuroscience Co. Ltd. With a deep understanding of artificial intelligence algorithms and neural networks, he excels in analyzing complex brain data and translating neuroscientific findings into AI applications.
Mr. Xing's profound expertise in AI and neural networks, combined with his innovative approach to integrating neuroscientific research with AI technologies, makes him an invaluable asset to the Faculty of Computing and Engineering.
Mr. Mohammad Ridzuan Abdul Aziz
Equipped with 25 years experiences in managing regulated financial service institutions as financial regulator, consultant and entrepreneur/founder. Knowledgeable about regional financial regulatory requirements, compliance risks management, Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing/e-KYC/e-KYB/Client Due Diligence, market and consumers’ conduct as well as strategic/tactical implementation of Fintech and Regtech.
Ts. Siew Peng Wah
Ts Siew Peng Wah is the founder & Group CEO of Seikou Systec Sdn. Bhd. He began his career as a system engineer in 1989 at an automation plant that was sorting conveyor to robotic packaging line, production information to computer system Supervisory control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), KLIA baggage handling system. His field of specialisation is Industrial Automation and Smart Sensing Technologies. Currently, Ts.Siew is an industry panel advisory for QIU- Bachelors in Mechatronics Engineering Programme. He is also Politeknik, Kolej Vocational and Kolej Komuniti and Independent KNX Specialist industry panel for Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore at their National Skills.
Ms. Yap Suan See
Suan See Yap has over 30 years of experience in operations management at multinational companies in Malaysia, with approximately 20 years serving in the photonics industry. Her most recent position was VP of Manufacturing and Managing Director at Coherent Advanced Manufacturing Malaysia. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Winona State University, USA, and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of South Australia. She is a Member of the SEMI Southeast Asia Regional Advisory Board.
Mr. Jimmy Ling Keng Hong
Jimmy Ling Keng Hong joined Coherent Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (previously known as Finisar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd) on 5 June 2001 and is currently serving as Vice President/ Managing Director of the company. He started his career with Finisar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd as New Product Development Senior Manager, where he was responsible for spearheading a team of technical engineering professionals and the new product development team. With his outstanding leadership and charismatic personality, Jimmy now heads the overall operations in Malaysia. Jimmy holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and also serves as an adjunct senior lecturer with University Technology Petronas.

Prof. Dr. Rahmattullah Khan
Prof. Dr. Rahmattullah Khan is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in both academia and clinical practice. He is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at UNISEL and previously spent nearly 14 years at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), where he made significant contributions to academic development. He also served as Director of the Psychology Programme at Taylor’s University, demonstrating strong leadership in curriculum planning and program management. His active clinical roles as a visiting Consultant Clinical Psychologist at KPJ Damansara Specialist Centre and the National Heart Centre (IJN) reflect his continued engagement in applied psychological services. He is a Member of the Malaysian Allied Health Council and a past president and Council Member of the Malaysian Psychological Association.
Dato’ Dr. Amar-Singh HSS
Dato’ Dr Amar-Singh HSS is a Consultant Community Paediatrician & Child and Disability Advocate who previously headed the Clinical Research Centre Perak and served as a senior Consultant Community Paediatrician & Head of the Paediatric Department at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh. Dato’ Dr Amar has has a long standing interest in children with disability, family self-help groups, NGOs, child abuse, adolescent counselling, disadvantaged & marginalised children (especially the Orang Asli/Indigenous People) & the development of services for children. He is also the Advisor of the National Early Childhood Intervention Council. He is the Recipient of the Outstanding Asian Paediatrician Award in 2012 and the distinguished SENIA Advocacy Award in 2016. He is also serving as an honorary Senior Fellow at the Galen Centre for Health and Social Policy.
Mr. Ibrahim Sani
Ibrahim has a strong background in media and journalism, with extensive experience in the ever-evolving digital media landscape. His leadership at Astro Awani and currently at Yayasan Penaraju demonstrates his ability to navigate digital disruptions and develop effective audience engagement strategies in the digital era. He has extensive experience in creating content and campaigns tailored to diverse demographics, aligning with the modern journalism industry's emphasis on audience diversity. Throughout his career, Ibrahim has played a key role in merging creativity with corporate communication, particularly in media branding and news content.
Mr. Tan Kien Eng
Tan Kien Eng is a distinguished figure in Malaysia's advertising landscape, bringing over 30 years of experience across creative, strategic, and executive leadership roles. Throughout his career, Tan has led agencies to significant growth, delivering award-winning campaigns for major brands such as Petronas and Samsung. Beyond his corporate achievements, Tan's dedication to nurturing talent and advancing the industry is evident in his recent election as President of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As). In this role, he focuses on initiatives like talent development, creative excellence, and adapting to technological advancements.
Mr. Kenny Ong
Kenny brings a strong background in media and entertainment, particularly in the rapidly evolving digital media landscape. His leadership at Sony Music Malaysia reflects his ability to adapt to digital disruptions and audience engagement strategies. He has extensive experience in creating content and campaigns targeting diverse demographics. His career includes roles where creativity and corporate communication intersect, especially in entertainment branding.
Dato’ Prof Dr. See Ching Mey
Dato’ Professor Dr. Ching Mey See is an educational and counseling psychologist and a prominent leader in the field of psychology, counseling, special education, and community/industry engagement both locally and internationally. She is currently based at the Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre, Penang as a Educational and Counselling Psychologist Consultant. She also serves as the non-executive Chairman at UNIMECH Group Berhad, and the Independent Director for VITROX Corporation Berhad. She has published over 20 academic books and more than 250 international and national academic journal papers/chapters. She has also presented over 350 academic papers at national and international seminars and conferences on counseling, psychology, mental health, special education, and community engagement.

Mr. Yeow Joo Yun
Mr Yeow Joo Yun is the Regional Head of Legal, Compliance and Secretariat of Tokio Marine Asia Ltd. He brings with him more than a decade of legal experience followed by another decade in senior executive and leadership positions including the management transition and post-merger consolidation for Tokio Marine Insurance Group.
Dr. Charles Y.J. Cheah
Dr. Charles Y.J. Cheah is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the energy sector, academia, and engineering. He has a track record of leadership and expertise in commodity risk analytics, market risk management, and quantitative analysis. Dr. Cheah has held key positions in both industry and academia, making significant contributions to the fields of finance, risk management, and infrastructure development. Dr. Charles has gained industrial experience working as a structural engineer in his early career related to design and construction of concrete, steel and composite structures. One of the larger projects that he was directly involved in includes the One Raffles Link in Singapore - a commercial building with construction costs estimated at S$200 million. In pursuing a switch of role from being a consultant to a client representative, he then worked as a project engineer for Esso Singapore Private Limited, an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corporation, through which he has gained some exposure to the oil and gas industry. Stationed in a refinery, his job responsibilities included contracting, budgeting, planning and control for both civil- and mechanical-related projects. Today Dr. Cheah works at British Petroleum (BP), Singapore as a Commodity Risk Analytics Manager leading the Commodity Risk Analytics (CRA) team to deliver global and regional market risk initiatives while supporting the growth agenda of the Eastern Hemisphere business. Support cross-functional capabilities to enhance the efficiency and consistency in risk monitoring and reporting.
Prof. Dr. Wilson Tay
Dr Wilson Tay has gained extensive professional, academic, commercial and government sector experience over 45 years of his working career. During that period, he has held and served in various senior management and leadership roles. He has also started and operated his own business ventures as Founders, and professional consulting and advisory firms, which were later successfully divested and merged with other firms. His current passion and purpose is to mentor-coach and work with ambitious, dynamic founders, business owners and CEOs who want to become better and high performing leaders, and grow their business to be profitable and sustainable.

Prof. Ts. Dr. Wan Aida Wan Mustapha
Prof. Ts. Dr. Wan Aida Wan Mustapha is a distinguished academic in food science with extensive experience in food chemistry and functional food research. With over two decades of academic experience, she has contributed significantly to teaching, research, and academic leadership in food science and technology. Her research focuses on functional foods, bioactive compounds, and food ingredients, with numerous publications in high-impact international journals. She is also actively involved in postgraduate supervision and is committed to advancing food science education and preparing competent graduates for the food industry.
Mr Anbarasan
Mr Anbarasan with 17 years of experience as an examiner in Perak Matriculation College is passionate about enhancing student learning through diverse approaches and innovative classroom activities related to Mathematics. His expertise includes contributing to the design and development of Mathematics Curriculum for SPM and the two-year Matriculation Mathematics programme.
Prof. Dato’ Dr. Azhar Mat Easa
Professor Dato’ Dr. Azhar Mat Easa is a respected scholar in food science, specializing in protein functionality, functional food development, and sustainability-led innovative manufacturing (SLIM). He holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD in Food Science from the University of Nottingham, UK, where his doctoral research focused on protein-sugar interactions and Maillard reaction mechanisms. With over two decades of academic and research experience, he has supervised numerous MSc and PhD students and translated research into practical applications, including the commercialization of functional food products. His research encompasses food product innovation, sustainable processing technologies, and the valorization of food by-products, reflecting his commitment to advancing food science education and contributing to industry-relevant solutions.
Prof. Ts. Dr. Lam Su Shiung
Prof. Ts. Dr. Su Shiung Lam is a prominent researcher at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), particularly in AKUATROP, specializing in environmental technology with strong interest in waste recycling and biomass utilization. His work embraces various innovative technologies like pyrolysis (including microwave pyrolysis), torrefaction, catalytic and vacuum pyrolysis, microwave heating processes (carbonization etc.), green technologies (phytoremediation, CO₂ conversion), aquaculture systems, and environmental protection. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He has published around 120+ journal articles, and secured multiple research grants (both international and national).
Prof. Dr. Jennifer Ann Harikrishna
Prof. Dr. Jennifer Ann Harikrishna is a Professor of Genetics & Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Science, University of Malaya, Malaysia. She is a British citizen with permanent residence status in Malaysia. Prof. Jennifer moved to Malaysia in 1991, where she continued her post-doctoral research at the University of Malaya, Department of Biology, before joining TropBio Research Sdn Bhd, a small private plant biotechnology company in 1996. In 2001 she joined the Institute of Bioscience at University Putra Malaysia (UPM) as an Associate Professor. Before re-joining the University of Malaya in 2006, Prof. Jennifer was an Associate Professor of Biotechnology at the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). Prof. Jennifer became a full Professor at the University of Malaya in 2011 and holds joint positions as a member of the Faculty of Science and as the Director of the Centre for Research in Biotechnology for Agriculture (CEBAR), University of Malaya. Prof. Jennifer also holds a current appointment as an Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Department of Genetics and Genome Biology at the University of Leicester, UK. Her current research focus is on the functional genomics of monocotyledonous plants, including orchid, banana, rice and oil palm.
Prof Jennifer has been an academician in public universities for the last 24 years with vast experience in teaching biotechnology courses.
Prof. Dr Siti Rohana Majid
Prof. Dr. Siti Rohana Majid completed her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Applied Physics and PhD in Physics/Advanced Material at the University of Malaya (UM). After her PhD, she was appointed as a senior lecturer (UM). Prof. Dr. Siti Rohana is currently the Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies at the University of Malaya (UM).
Her experience in teaching spans over 16 years, and she is an established researcher who has published high-quality research papers and book chapters, as well as won awards for her research innovation. She has supervised 11 PhD students and 17 MSc students and is currently supervising 4 postgraduate students.
She had also contributed as an external course examiner (UTP), a panel member for candidature defense and proposal defense (UM), and postgraduate students’ examiner (UITM, UKM, UMT, and USIM).
Associate Professor Dr. Marina
Associate Professor Dr. Marina is the Director of the Centre for Foundation Studies in Science at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her area of expertise is in Zoology, Wildlife Ecology and Management, and Biodiversity Conservation. She obtained her PhD in Zoology from UKM in 2013.
Dr. Marina has extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly in curriculum development, programme auditing, and academic evaluation. She was the Chairperson of the Audit Review Panel for the Diploma in Forestry Academic Programme at UPM Sarawak (formerly known as UPM Bintulu Campus, Sarawak). She was the External Advisor for the Bachelor of Environmental Science (Hons.) (Biodiversity and Conservation) at UNISEL from 2015 to 2020. She was also the External Evaluator for the Department of Science and Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Life Sciences, UNISEL, from 2019 to 2021, and for the Foundation in Science programme at the University of Nottingham until 2024.
Prof. Ts. Dr. Norshuhaila Mohamed Sunar
Prof. Ts. Dr. Norshuhaila Mohamed Sunar is a Malaysian academic in environmental and civil engineering, currently associated with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Her academic background spans Biochemistry (BSc), Environmental/Civil Engineering (M.Eng), and a PhD in Civil Engineering. Her work focuses on environmental engineering topics such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, removal of heavy metals, development of adsorbents from agricultural waste, water sampling technologies, and also more recent works on smart sensing (e.g. LoRaWAN sensors) for monitoring aquatic or algae culture systems. She has also served in leadership roles (e.g. Head of Department), and is recognized in UTHM as among top researchers for industrial grants. She is ranked among top scientists in Malaysia / Asia in her domains according to academic rankings (Engineering & Technology, Environmental Science & Engineering).
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Madihah binti Md. Salleh
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Madihah Md Salleh is a distinguished academic at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), serving in the Department of Biosciences, Faculty of Science. She earned her B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, followed by both her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Biotechnology, the latter specialising in Fermentation Technology, from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Her research encompasses a broad spectrum including industrial biotechnology, biorefinery, enzyme and fermentation technology, environmental biotechnology, sustainable biomass utilisation, and microbial nanocellulose. She is also active in supervisory roles—having mentored many postgraduate and undergraduate students — and holds leadership positions in professional bodies, such as being a member of the Board of the Asian Federation of Biotechnology and serving as an MQA auditor for biotechnology programmes.
As the QIU Academic Advisor, Dr. Madihah brings to the role a wealth of expertise, strong mentorship, and a proven track record in guiding students through rigorous research programmes. Her guidance is especially valuable to students interested in biotechnology, sustainability, and cross-disciplinary scientific inquiry.
Ms. Thilagavathy Thiyagarajan
Ms. Thilagavathy Thiyagarajan brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the food industry, rising to Assistant Vice President of the Food Technology Department at PK Agro-Industrial Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. She has championed the successful development of innovative food products, strengthened quality and regulatory standards, and driven cost-saving initiatives that enhanced efficiency and market competitiveness. With a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and shaping strategies that align with industry demands, her achievements reflect a strong commitment to innovation, excellence, and the advancement of the food manufacturing sector.
Mr. Ahlami Mirza Ahmad
Mr. Ahlami Mirza Ahmad is an environmental consultant based in Malaysia, and alumnus of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan with a degree in Applied Sciences (Natural Resources). He is involved in environmental compliance audits, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedures, ISO 14000‐based environmental management, and serves in roles including Environmental Officer, On-Site Environmental Auditor, and other environmental governance and advisory capacities. He is also active in community‐based environmental groups, such as the Green Earth Society in Johor.
Dr. Mahaletchumy Arujanan
Klang-born Dr. Mahaletchumy Arujanan played a significant role in cultivating interest in science especially to the younger generations. She was listed as 100 most influential people in the field of Biotechnology by the 7th edition of The Scientific American Worldwide View: A Global Biotechnology Perspective Journal in 2015. She also initiated the country’s first science newspaper ‘The Petri Dish’ that engaged the public on the latest development in Biotechnology.

Mr. Veeranagoud Biradar
Mr. Veeranagoud Biradar is an Industrial Pharmacist with a Master Degree in Pharmaceutics attached to SM Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd Malaysia. He is responsible for the organisation’s research and development initiatives and compliance to regulatory bodies including GMP Certification.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Biradar served as an R&D Officer and formulation scientist in Micro Lab Research Centre in Bangalore, India. To date, he has made valuable contributions to the field, with research findings published in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
Mr. Teh Hooi Hong
Mr. Teh oversees a network of more than 20 Community Pharmacies, supported by a team of over 50 Registered Pharmacists.
He has diligently been providing outstanding pharmaceutical training and other professional programmes for Pharmacy Undergraduates to enhance their competencies.
His group of companies has been accreditation by the Ministry of Health to conduct housemanship (Pre-Registration Training) for Pharmacy Graduates.
Dr. Doris George Visuvasam
Dr. Doris has dedicated over 20 years to the Ministry of Health, where she has received accolades for her outstanding service. She holds memberships in both the Malaysian Pharmacists Society and the National Heart Association of Malaysia.
Her engagement extends to clinical practice, research, and the education of pharmacy undergraduates. Currently, she is co-supervising master's students at Quest International University. Dr Doris is a USA Board Certified Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in the area of Pharmacotherapy.
