Dr Wilson Tay has gained extensive professional, academic, commercial and government sector experience over 45 years of his working career. During that period, he has held and served in various senior management and leadership roles. He has also started and operated his own business ventures as Founders, and professional consulting and advisory firms, which were later successfully divested and merged with other firms. His current passion and purpose is to mentor-coach and work with ambitious, dynamic founders, business owners and CEOs who want to become better and high performing leaders, and grow their business to be profitable and sustainable.
Dr. Wilson Tay established MindQuest Consulting & Coaching in 2005 in response to increasing requests for his expertise in revitalizing organisations and businesses facing operational and financial challenges. These opportunities took him to various locations in both Australia and Asia. Under Dr. Wilson Tay’s leadership, the practice also engaged in mentoring CEOs and entrepreneurs, particularly those transitioning into CEO roles within their companies or assuming leadership of family businesses.
