The open and distance learning (ODL) mode allows students to learn flexibly at the pace, place, and time that suits them. Virtual synchronous sessions replace physical face-to-face interactions. The ODL mode enhances students’ familiarity with technology while developing transferable skills to work effectively in the virtual environment.

Throughout the programme, students will be challenged to think critically, reassess their management styles, develop sound strategic plans and communicate effectively. Learning takes place via online forums, discussions and seminars, supported using real-world case studies including Harvard Case Studies.

Graduates will find themselves equipped to take up larger responsibilities and undertake leadership roles in business administration, finance, operations, strategy sales and human resource management.
