Summary
The research aims to determine the trend of PM10 concentration in the cities in Malaysia, the correlation between the PM10 concentration in the study areas, and the meteorological factors and backward trajectories will also be performed to trace the former path of the air parcel before arriving at the study areas.
Waste management research focuses on sustainable solid waste management in terms of waste generation, characterization, minimization, collection, separation, treatment, and disposal methods. This research also addresses various types of solid wastes issues including municipal (e.g., residential, institutional, commercial), agricultural, and special (e.g. construction and demolition, household hazardous, sewage sludge, and non-hazardous industrial) wastes.
The research aims to investigate the roles of WRKY transcription factors of Carica papaya in response to abiotic stress particularly high salinity levels in the soil. The research focuses on molecular aspects that control the ability of papaya plants to withstand high salinity conditions.
