ACCA Foundation in Accountancy (ACCA FIA), formerly CAT is an entry-level qualification developed to give you a solid understanding of the fundamentals of financial management and reporting and enable you to speak the language of business. The programme equips you as a competent and ethical technician, trained to consistent standards, with built-in flexibility so that skills can be tailored to meet different business needs and environments.
ACCA FIA graduates are allowed to move directly to Fundamentals Level (Skills Module). The knowledge, skills, and practical experience you have gained while studying for the ACCA FIA qualification can exempt you from certain papers and count towards the practical experience requirement of the ACCA Qualification. The ACCA FIA qualification could be your stepping stone to the ACCA Qualification and membership in the global body for professional accountants.

| IGCSE (O-Level) | Pass O-Level with minimum Grade C in FIVE (5) subjects including Mathematics and English. |
| Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) | Pass UEC with minimum Grade B in THREE (3) subjects including Mathematics and English. |
| Other Qualifications | Other equivalent qualifications recognised by MOHE. |
