Dato’ Professor Dr. Ching Mey See is an educational and counseling psychologist and a prominent leader in the field of psychology, counseling, special education, and community/industry engagement both locally and internationally. She is currently based at the Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre, Penang as a Educational and Counselling Psychologist Consultant. She also serves as the non-executive Chairman at UNIMECH Group Berhad, and the Independent Director for VITROX Corporation Berhad. She has published over 20 academic books and more than 250 international and national academic journal papers/chapters. She has also presented over 350 academic papers at national and international seminars and conferences on counseling, psychology, mental health, special education, and community engagement.

Established in 1975, Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre is a 276 bedded private hospital located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang. The Centre provides a very comprehensive and quality healthcare services and facilities ranging from prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases and medical conditions to cosmetic procedures and health screening package in a warm and caring environment ideal for rest and recovery.
