However, if you feel that you need additional help to understand your lectures, tutorials or practical sessions, or to prepare for assessments, the university is pleased to offer you Enhanced Academic Support whenever you need it, free-of-charge.
The Enhanced Academic Support initiative is created for You. If you have any questions, do please contact the Enhanced Academic Support team at easy@qiu.edu.my using your QIU email account.
Otherwise, all you have to do is to reach out to us using the various channels as explained below.
This is an interactive session where an Academic Coach will help you examine any concerns or barriers you may face in your studies.
Academic Coaching does NOT specifically relate to the topics in the academic courses, but are focused on academic learning/ study skills such as time management, test preparation, citation and referencing.

Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) are conducted by students for students.
During PASS, appointed student leaders will facilitate the review of lectures, discussion on tutorials, or revision for Final Examinations.
You may either reach out to your course lecturer or complete the form below to request for this support
Supplementary tutoring is additional to the tutorials conducted by course lecturers/ tutors.
If you feel that you need extra lessons for any difficult topic, you may seek assistance by informing your course lecturer or by completing and submitting the form below.
