Collecting Your Transcript 

You will be able to collect your full academic transcript at the convocation venue. The Examination Division will set up a counter for you to take your transcript. 

Returning Your Academic Dress 

You can return your academic dress at a special counter at the convocation venue after the ceremony. If you’d like to rent the dress for an extended period, an additional fee of RM 350 (besides the convocation fee) is required, payable to the vendor during robe collection. Upon returning the academic dress, RM 200 will be refunded by the vendor. Alternatively, you can make the booking on the day of your convocation, as the vendors will be available at Ipoh Convention Centre on 21st November, where you can also discuss return arrangements.
