Step 1

Log in using your QIU email address. We recommend signing in with Google.*
*If you have trouble accessing your QIU email account, please contact the Student Life Division.

Step 2

Fill out the RSVP form.

Step 3

You’ll definitely want some souvenirs to remember the big day—as well as your memories at QIU. Be sure to check out our exclusive QIU merchandise and choose your favourite.

Step 4

Make your payment via the Convo Portal. Remember to double-check your order summary to make sure everything’s in order.

Step 5

Collect your convocation robe, guest ticket(s) and purchased merchandise. Here’s when you can collect them:

Date : 20th November, 2026 (Friday)

Time : 9am – 3pm

Venue : Exam Hall, Level 3, ASB Quest International University

And that’s it, you’re done! Now, it’s time to think of your best graduation picture and reunion ideas for the big day. See you then!
