Professor Dr Jeffrey Yee Khong Loong is Deputy Dean, Faculty of Business and Management, Quest International University. Dr Yee received his PhD (2015) from the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He holds an MBA (2010) from the Graduate Institute of Management at Multimedia University in Cyberjaya, Malaysia and a bachelor’s degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dr Yee specialises in management, organisational behaviour, research methods generally and in qualitative research methodologies specifically.
Prior to academia, Dr Yee has had 13 years of working experience primarily in sales and sales management. He is a certified Train the Trainer (HRDF Malaysia), an Associate Fellow with the Higher Education Academy of the United Kingdom, an appointed Trainer and Committee Member for the Qualitative Research Association of Malaysia (QRAM), an Editorial Review Board Member of Journal of Global Responsibility and reviewer for Malaysian Journal of Qualitative Research (MJQR). He has conducted qualitative research workshops since 2017.
