Digital Perak Corporation Holdings (DPCH), formerly KPerak INC Corporation, leads Perak State’s digital economy agenda, focusing on digital transformation across sectors. Under the leadership of Mr Mohamad Suhaimi bin Mohamad Tahir, the sixth CEO, DPCH drives development through four business units: Agensi Penyelaras Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Negeri Perak (APiT), Technology & Development Services (TDS), Hub Inovasi & Multimedia (HiM), and Creative Multimedia Services (CMS). Their initiatives revolve around Smart Connectivity, Smart People, Smart Economy, and Smart Government. With over 38 years of ICT experience in various industries, including the public sector, financial services, and property development, Encik Suhaimi has held senior roles at SmartSel, MBI Selangor, and MSC Technology Centre. He has contributed to key projects such as Smart Selangor Blueprint 2025, Iskandar Malaysia’s ICT Blueprint, and Madinah Knowledge Economic City. Additionally, he has co-authored papers on health communication technologies and national IT strategy.
