This course covers basic German grammar and vocabulary that enables participants to communicate effectively in basic everyday situations within different contexts. Participants will be given ample opportunities to actively engage in interactive lessons, where they will develop competency in all four components of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course uses the Netzwerk A1 book and will prepare the students for an external A1 exam.
German Language for beginners consists of 120 hours of training, divided into 4 terms, 30 hours, and 10 lessons per term.
Prerequisite: No previous knowledge of the language
Upon successful completion of this course, students can opt to sit for a German language proficiency test.
