International QUEST Business Conference (IQBC)
IQBC is dedicated to research in Business Management, Accounting & Audit, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Innovation & Technology Management and Tourism & Hospitality. The conference provides a platform for students, academics, and professionals to present and promote their research findings. It aims to become a knowledge-sharing hub for a diverse audience embracing international and national participants.
IQBC is a biennial conference organised by the Faculty of Business and Management, Quest International University. This conference brings together diverse research themes and topics with an emphasis in the following subdisciplines:

The conference convenes academics, professionals, researchers and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Business and Management. It also provides an interdisciplinary platform for national and international researchers to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends and concerns as well as challenges and solutions adopted in this field.
In line with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), IQBC 2022 shine the spotlight on sustainability. It has become increasingly evident that sustainability is a key issue in a world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Hence, the theme “Leading and Managing in a VUCA ecosystem” is focuses on extending new research findings in the area of business and creating synergies among different streams of research.
