French language courses are designed in accordance with different levels of DELF – DALF of the common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). The approach behind these levels is to allow learners to acquire real writing and oral communication skills (listening, reading, speaking and writing), through communicative task.. The course encompasses different activities that lead learners to interact with others in French in varied, important and interesting situations. Besides, this increase the learners’ real interest in French society and the francophone world

Expected Learning OUTCOMEs

Reading

Understand or read a text on simple topic such as people, family members, taste, preference, past memories and etc.

Writing

Fill a form based on text given, write short text, invitation,postcard, short announcement and etc.

Speaking

Talk about themeselves, family members, preference, past memories, and decribe something based on information given

Listening

Understand a conversation or dialog on simple topic such as people, family members, taste, preference, past memories and etc.

Course Structure

French for Beginner (A1 level) consists of 120 hours of training, divided into 4 terms, 30 hours and 15 lessons per term.

Pre-requisite: No previous knowledge of the language

Official Proficiency Test

DELF & DALF are proficiency diplomas in French issued by the Ministry of Education in France to prove the French language skills of non – French candidates. and are recognized all over the world. The certificate is valid for lifetime.
