It is a call to action for researchers, students, and practitioners to reimagine business practices that are not only innovative but also resilient and sustainable.<\/p><p>The conference embodies Quest International University\u2019s commitment to extending its branding into research excellence. By creating this platform, we aspire to empower our students to sharpen their research and presentation skills, enabling them to engage confidently with a broader audience. Equally, IQBC serves as a nurturing ground for new researchers to present and publish their work, while fostering a global network of collaboration and knowledge exchange.<\/p><p>We are delighted to begin with two pre-conference workshops: <i>AI-Powered Research and Publication<\/i> and <i>The Art of Qualitative Interviewing<\/i>.
