However, the scientific committee makes the final decision. All abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to an appropriate session.<\/p><p><strong>Guidelines for Abstract Submissions:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Abstract should be written in English with a maximum of 300 words and a structured format (Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion).<\/li><li>Each presenter may submit one abstract.<\/li><li>Abstract must be submitted in both Microsoft Word (.doc\/ .docx) and PDF (.pdf) formats.<\/li><li>Abstract should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar and ensure accuracy of scientific content before submission. Any request for amendment will not be entertained.<\/li><li>The abstract should not contain graphics or references. Please use abbreviations with restraint.<\/li><li>Perform a similarity\/plagiarism check, ensuring less than 20% similarity and less than 20% AI-generated content. Abstracts not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Consent, Permission &amp; Copyright:<\/strong><\/p><p>Submitters must conform to the following:<\/p><ol><li>To accept responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted abstract and understand that amendment is not allowed once it is submitted and information provided will be published exactly as submitted.<\/li><li>All co-authors are aware of and give consent to the content of the abstract and data presented before it is submitted. The submitter accepts responsibility as the contact person for all correspondence about the abstract and to share information with all authors about its status.<\/li><li>Submission of abstracts implies the author\u2019s agreement to publish the abstract in all International Conference on Drug Discovery and Translational Therapeutics publications including the website.<\/li><li>Submitters are responsible to obtain permission from any relevant regulatory authority and obtain consent where appropriate.<\/li><li>Submitters are responsible for ensuring the work is original and that it does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary or personal right of party.<\/li><li>Submitters are responsible to identify and sort out any potential conflicts of interest e.g. financial interest in products or processes described in the presentation materials, stock ownership, and membership on an advisory board or board of directors or other substantive relationships.<\/li><li>Submission of the online Registration and Abstract Submission form indicates the submitter has agreed to all the terms &amp; conditions with regards to the conference registrations and abstract submissions as listed on the conference website.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Poster presentation<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>Total 10 minutes\u00a0<\/strong>will be allocated for Presentation, with\u00a0<strong>7 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of Question &amp; Answer session<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The presence of the Author (Representative Author) is mandatory for the Poster Presentation.\u00a0<\/li><li>Abstract ID will be provided by the organiser of the conference for all posters accepted upon submission.\u00a0<\/li><li>Presentation time for Poster is a maximum of 10 minutes inclusive of questions and answers<\/li><li>The schedule of the presentation will be available on the website.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Physical Poster Display\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The size of the poster should be set as A1 (59.4 cm \u00d7 84.1 cm; portrait layout). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed this size.<\/li><li>Please bring your poster along with you and get registered as presenter.<\/li><li>Each poster will be assigned an abstract ID. This information will be displayed on the whiteboard.\u00a0<\/li><li>Posters are to be fixed in the designated space on the morning of the event before 9:00 am. Materials required to fix the poster, like glue, tack etc., will be provided.\u00a0<\/li><li>Any damages caused to the exhibition panels \/ venue during installations will be charged by the venue authorities to the representative author.\u00a0<\/li><li>The poster presenter or representative must be present at the closing ceremony to accept the award.
